By documenting and publishing easy-to-read user guides (in the form of articles/posts) intended to help any user follow the same steps we take to solve a problem.

In the short term, our founder is dedicated to creating content that is accessible to all users. Although time and energy is required to publish this content, it is imperative to us that our users can essentially re-create any product or service we provide.
Simply put any SaaS (Software as a Service) provided by Armfield Tech; can be replicated by entry-level users by following our guides.
Along with comprehensive user guides, Armfield Tech offers users the option to receive professional support and/or training to assist with the process. So you can attempt it yourself for free using our guides and/or seek paid professional support/training to further assist you.
Products & services Armfield Tech provides
Software as a service (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applications over the Internet—as a service. Instead of installing and maintaining software, you simply access it via the Internet, freeing yourself from complex software and hardware management.
WordPress Hosting Membership is a pre-built WordPress website, running on a VPS (Virtual Private Server, not shared, it’s yours) ready for the customer to start writing their content or building their Website. As new partners are found and secured, more features are added at no additional cost. We want to give our customers as much ‘BANG! for their buck’ with our memberships.
Web design is a paid technician with instructions from the client to build an elegant and responsive Website for their business/project. Clear instructions are important, vague instructions will indicate that the technician is given creative control and we will run with that.
On-going feedback from the client is helpful to reduce any additional costs for frequent changes or edits which were not specified in initial instructions. Simply put the more ‘out-of-scope’ edits, the more time it will take for the technician to complete the project and therefore additional costs to the client.
Technical support is a paid technician assisting customers with their technical problems. Bookings are made through the website, via email or phone and pre-paid by the customer. It is important that our technicians are paid fairly for their time/interactions.
Labour is billed per interaction by the technician. We record all work completed by our technicians using screen capture software, each ‘click’ or ‘keyboard’ press will be accompanied by a screenshot. This allows comprehensive recording of all tasks taken by our techs and provides a seamless & efficient method to record the value provided.
Recordings can be made available to clients/customers upon request and are included in Premium and Business memberships. Webdesign and other projects are also recorded and made available for the client upon completion of the job.
